Reckoned Justified By Faith
Drawing on the "Tower Experience" (Turmelebnis) of Martin Luther and the biblical exposition of the Apostle Paul, the text argues that righteousness is not a wage earned through religious ritual or moral performance, but a status "reckoned" to the individual by God through faith alone.
Three core movements:
Justification Evidenced: Proving through the Patriarch Abraham and the Psalmist David that righteousness has always been credited apart from works.
Justification Extended: Demonstrating that this grace precedes religious rituals (circumcision) and legal regulations (the Law), making it accessible to both Jews and Gentiles.
Justification Embraced: Defining the nature of saving faith as a total reliance on God’s ability to bring life out of death, shifting the focus from the "empty womb" of Sarah to the "empty tomb" of Jesus Christ.
